What a shame. Sorry it happened to your beautiful car. I would hope that the shipper has insurance for that sort of thing.

Man that is a terrible loss....very sad to hear. I hope they can retrieve it...and you can salvage "some" of the parts...even if it isn't the whole car.

I'm sick because it represented 11yrs of collecting NOS parts and work. The engine had maybe 4000 miles on it. I fixed a bunch of things, I wanted make it right before I shipped it. All new brakes and booster. New dual exhaust. The car was packed with all my other NOS parts, including spares he could use on his others. Even with insurance he is out a lot of money, at least 50% not including shipping. They charge a 103% import duty of the purchase price. I hope he doesn't have that to tend with.

Glenn,

I am so sorry.

The Fury made us friends, i feel terrible.

Thank you.

There is an insurance but it can not compensate for the terrible feeling and also for all the costs.

this is so weird. the purchaser made a thread about this on facebook in a plymouth fury owner's group. now i'm seeing this on your end. i don't believe i've ever heard a more tragic car tale in all my years in the hobby. it's just awful.

It is truly sad.
The only way I could deal with it is to remember it is an inanimate object and thankfully not a loved one. That's why there's insurance, think about how you have a hellova story to beat all from now on, and move on.
