Is it a bad paint job, or is that bad bondo patch around the rear fender?

The seats are OK, but the wheels suck.

Is it primer or just bad paint?

no go. here's the response I got:
"The car was indeed a floor shift automatic previously. It has a column shift column in it due to color. There is one small hole at the extreme rear of the trunk, other than that, all good. Would you like to come look at it? Where would you be coming from? I can take other pictures but they won't show you anything that these ones don't."

so the car has a 4 spd manual/od on the column? and WTF is this 'i can take other pics but they won't show..... - so they are incapable of taking pics of the engine, instrument panel, trunk interior and underside.

I can see from the pictures that the right quarter doesn't match the rest of the car and you can see also the area above the fenderskirts on both sides have had work and you can see an additional blended tone difference and the sunlight reflecting on the quarter vs the fender skirt on the driver's side shows a different contour above the side moulding...

Too many inconsistencies in the body and paint......I would check all of the sheet metal with a magnet. I suspect a ton of bondo as Mark pointed out. I wonder what condition the undercarriage is in too.
