Original paint shined up pretty good. 77,812 Original miles. Is this what would be considered a "survivor"? Also on the fuel line there is a valve and hose going to the passenger inner fender. Is this to provide fuel to stranded motorists?

No, that looks like the hose for CA emissions that went back to the tank to pull fuel vapor into the PCV system. Look on the passenger side valve cover canister for a blocked port. Police cruisers that had the stranded motorist setup have a hose reel (4 leg) mounted usually to the top of the core support. If you follow the hose back, there will be a "T" fitting on the output side of the fuel pump if it is a stranded motorist setup.

No blocked ports anywhere. I thought the same thing...

The pics are inconclusive, but the "T" fitting with the valve suggests that might be the case. If you need the hose reel set up, I think I still have one of the 4 Leg appliances for the hose.

Looks great Wyatt. Had no idea about a stranded motorist setup, that's very interesting!

Thanks guys! Some pics from yesterday. After doing a motor swap on the Monaco, tinkering and polishing on the squad is perfect for these fall days.

I agree gotta let something go and wait for my convertible or wagon.
Plenty of outdoor parking at the Playground! :poke:

I get to figure out my new storage space, two are going in, and maybe a third, then I'd have four C bodies, and six old vehicles total. At least four of them run, so that's good.

I had to think about it like this...I have 3 two doors and a squad car...if something has to go I can manage with 2, two doors and a squad car.
