My SEARCH is on for a preowned RAM 3500 4WD DUALLY PICKUP

I’d vote a clean 2nd gen 2500, over something newer. No mileage robbing DEF systems, less failing electronics, etc.

The VE pump in the first gen cummins gets crazy good mileage. The P pump is a little worse, but much better then the 13mpg or so of the newer stuff.

Granted you might have a few repair items of an older truck, but the savings over a new one would help tremendously. The older trucks have a great resale value, as a lot of guys are choosing to go back to them vs. a new/er truck.
2nd gen trucks in MN look like Swiss cheese, for the most part.

I have a 05 Ram 3500 Crew Cab Long Bed Cummins and I love it. I would never get the 6.7L, the 5.9L is so good and NO DEF.

@1Fury1 will have just what you need when his new ride is in. Looks very close to this , but a 3500
Yes this one is for sale. 2014 3500 Laramie loaded with only 58000 km, that’s about 35000 miles. Bought it new and it’s been baby’d. I have a friend that exports these trucks to the US every week. PM me if you’re interested. FCBO special price applies.

Yes...it's actually too nice...it'll get trashed in no time with wet pups.
No worries there Doc, the back seat is perfect for critters. Just lay a mat down over the fold out floor.
Even has power steps that come down when you open the door so they can jump up without scratching the door sills.

Yours is too nice and super low mileage...I'm looking for 100K mileage. Plus, I need to find one around here so the wifey can ride in it and check out the air conditioning...that's her big deal so the wet pups are chilled and not panting on our little trips.

check this one out in WI.

2011 Dodge Ram 3500 Dually 4x4 Cummins Diesel Crew Cab Arizona Truck

00H0H_lyEsaxJYFGI_600x450.jpg

011 Dodge Ram 3500 DRW Crew Cab from sunny Arizona, just driven to WI.
4x4 works great, 6 speed auto shifts great.
Cummins turbo diesel, runs and starts great, excellent power, best towing engine out there.
Hard to find Laramie with flipup center console for 6 passenger seating.
Interior is like new, very little wear.
Navigation, audio controls on the steering wheel, heated seats and steering wheel, backup camera, bluetooth for the phone, many many options etc.....
Spray in bedliner with gooseneck ball and 5th wheel rails for hauling the travel trailer or flatbed.
Air bags with compressor on the rear axle along with many other extras added to the truck.
Factory exhaust brake and tow haul mode make stopping with a trailer effortless.
Tires are 80-90%, Firestones, not cheap tires, alignment just done.
Recent ball joints, front end is tight, all fluids changed recently as well, well maintained.
181,000 miles, looks and drives like less than 50k.
No winters, moved back to WI in April, rust free, even the frame.
Have you priced a new one of these, wow, 70k! get this for way less than half that price!

This is a one owner truck. The miles are all highway. It has always been stored inside. It has never been in an accident. At 167000 miles we put in a new South Bend Clutch and changed all oils and filters. When new it couldn't keep up with our 99 dodge dually so we had Evan Lang of ELM install a new exhaust system eliminating all sensors and had it reprogramed, that made a truck out of it. We still have the original exhaust system. It is a Laramie edition with leather seats and power everything . We changed oil every 6000 miles and used Shell Rotella T-3. The truck was rust proofed and undercoated at Ziebart since new. It comes with a fifth wheel ball hitch. It also comes with a set of four new Bridgestone Duravis tires. The transmission is a 6 speed manual shift. For more information call Gary anytime at 715-316-2299. Truck was purchased at Colby Chrysler Center.

Not to rain on your parade, but one thing to remember with those dually's... you may be required you to get a DOT physical even though your not hauling commercially. Anything over a certain gvw may get you on trouble. Better check with your dmv.
Those dually's send a red flag.

I would definitely be checking this one out Doc.

Dang! Zac, all those trucks are in great shape!

They are out there.

I really like that green sport! It has the most mileage of the ones listed, but looks well taken care of. Should have many years of service left in her. Its a great looking truck!
