Age 70. Actor and an acclaimed one (One Oscar win, and five nominations). Another, highly photographed person that's difficult to find a pic that doesnt give her away immediately because of her distinctive facial features.
You definitely know her from her movie and TV work having never shied away from daring or controversial roles -- even taught a guy she knows to "breath through his eyes" and drove a flying car. A social activist too that you either love her work or you really do not.
Here she is in HS, so maybe 17 years old. Yes, blurry pic is on purpose as I noted above.

I first saw her in "Pretty Baby" (late 70's, with a controversial role for a very young Brooke Shields). Always liked her. Bull Durham, Thelma & Louise, on and on. Nope, NEVER saw Rocky Horror Picture Show until I was in grad school in the 90's -- "one and done" on that one for me

SHE (always a girl .. no changes) is 39 years old now. Actor. You're gonna need some hints as she really is NOT that famous either compared to some of these other women we've worked on
First time I saw her was in Love Actually. Had no idea who she was. My kids did though as they'd seen her in other stuff. I saw her in an X-Men movie and she was in a long running cable show retro piece, still on TV in another show, neither of which I have ever watched. Last, she has kinda of a "funny" name.

still some diggin' to do IF someone wants to follow their hunches to try to find this lady .. VERY little about her is the same as her pic making this one a bit tougher.
BTW, the only "cheating" is say for example, using 'google search" on the photo. it'll come up in a nano-second who she is. its cool if you wanna do that but hopefully you'd just hold the name while others are looking the "regular way" by following clues/hunches.
