yeah, this one is hard. it's taking a while cuz there's LITTLE (but NOT nothing) about the photo go on.
if you started with the Love Actually cast and their pics (try imdb), and singled out the women you think might be her and their "funny" names. then laid those names against the "XMEN" search term, somebody's "funny" name might pop out.
search THAT "funny" name against "TV SHOWS" and she might surely pop up has having ALL that Movie/TV stuff in common.
Then you'll say .. "aw, NO WAY that's her" -- but it is
I'll post answer Friday morn if nobody gets it overnight and move on to the next one.

Hard to explain elementary school photo .. but heck it was the late 1980's and guess that was 9 year old girls version of the Mullett.

Anyway, yes,404 is Paris Whitney Hilton. Just learned she never finished high school because she moved around so much. Wound up getting a GED .. really.

Then, she landed with a thud career-wise with a string high profile bombs in 1997 and 1998 and sorta retired from movies but never left the public eye because of her personal life. Active as a producer in those years, then showed up again in a Charlies Angels movie in early 2000's.

Btw, recent movie about Wall Street doings she was in was called Margin Call. Didnt do that well at box office (it was very technical finance crap which I happen to like) but a mildly fictionalized version of the 2008 financial collapse -- you will be SHOCKED (or maybe not) at what went on when the end was near. Sad part? very little as changed nearly a decade later.
Died in 2009 at age 62. Actor and artist. Made her name in 60's-70's US television, tried movies but she never quite clicked. Voted one of the 100 Hottest Women of All-Time. University of Texas grad - our girl was a Longhorn.
