Need help with starter relay on '65 Newport...

Does anyone have a picture of the starter relay on a '65 C body? Is there another wire that goes to the middle post? (the one secured by a flathead screw).

I have a brown wire coming from the starter on the said post but tested it with a test light. It didn't seem to have any power going to it.

There should only be power to that terminal when the key is turned to "start".

But... With stock wiring, the brown wire connects to the neutral safety switch on the transmission.

Neutral safety switch supplies the ground to activate the relay.
