OK,
I understand this is my first post, but without an intro...I know some people and forums are adamant about the intro. I just don't like um, I'm kind of a private type and don't like to share too much info over the internet. So if that is an absolute necessity then so be it....however I just pulled apart a pretty nice 1969 Sport Fury Rag Top, I will need a NOS dash Pad or a perfect used one. I really don't want to go the Just Dashes route if I have an option. I also need a sill plate. Seat frames would be nice also....front and rear. Fixin a little rust but overall not bad. The car will get a complete makeover on the 2 year plan. ( still working ) so time is limited. I just realized I missed the Auction in Oregon last week, that would have been close. I could use a complete 2 door parts car if anyone close has a line on one. I have been lurking for quite some time and decided I need to get to posting.

What you just posted exceeded many intro posts I've seen anyway, add a pic or two of what you're working on and that would make you a star

Welcome and happy hunting

Welcome to the site from the Motor City!

I understand exactly what you mean. Privacy is a precious commodity one ought to resist the temptation to give away with reckless abandon, esp on the internet. BTW- welcome.

Thanks for the welcome, I am sure I"ll have a few questions as I get to this project. BTY I am going to have to study up a bit for the photos.......seeing as how I am an old guy and all.

the parts you are looking for are some of the hardest to find. the dash will be nearly impossible. www.murraybpark.com has seat frames. i called on a set last year but they were expensive enough that i repaired my old ones.

Welcome! Good luck with the search.......I may have sill plates I can spare.......but I'm in the process of moving everything, so I have parts spread all over 3 counties, Soon as I get it all together I can start searching.

OK, I know the dash will be the tough part.... but I took a very close look at the hood and trunk lid and they have rust issues from the inside out. What other lids work on this model a 69 fury vert? I don't mind picking up a good parts car.

I believe the 1969 Fury hood is indigenous to the 1969 Fury, same with the trunk lid. Definitely no crossover between Dodge and Chrysler

Thanks, that's what I needed to know. I can see the pinholes starting at the leading edge, so I'll be sourcing another.
