Finally...... Here are some pic's of "The Admiral". I got the first chance to really go over it yesterday and I think I did OK for a sight unseen purchase.
There is zero rust on the car and no sign of there ever being any body repairs. (original paint cars are pretty honest).
It hasen't received much love from the past 3 owners but nothing that can't be reversed easily. I made several minor fixes yesterday.
A visit to my trimer about recovering the rear seat resulted in a "no problem", so I'll pull it out and drop it off.
I already have a new carpet set and a beautiful set of the correct wheel covers to be installed once I have the tires turned RWL in.
Looks like a good solid car that no apologies are needed for.
Great score, a banzai road trip, and no surprises.
I need one of your lucky charms.
Love to here stories like this

Will's too anal to leave it that way I guess. Even I would repaint it with that Kind of wear already. You'd run it down completely otherwise if used on a daily Basis.
Quite a few guys joined, posted their recent purchases, seem widely enthusiastic, then disappeared...
Car Flavor of the Month guys. Next: probably a Chevelle.
