Those were driving lights with H3 bulbs, made (or maybe just marketed) by TruckLite. 6" dia, very shallow depth, which was critical due to the driverod for the headlight doors, which runs right thru the middle of that area, and the light must be centered to shine thru the grille.
I upgraded them to 130watt capsules, they were nice and bright and had a nice flat beam with no hotspots.
I did a bit of research before buying them as I knew the fit was tough. Very few lights would fit in this location, as on a Plymouth this area is shallower than it was on my 70 Chrysler (and I assume Dodge is similar to Chrysler).
