So as you know from the other thread about me replacing the rear frame section on my 66 Polara convertible, I discovered that the last restoration expert didn't line the rear quarters up very well.

I had to pull the rear section 5/8" to the right in order to straighten up the rear alignment of the body.
I am happy to state I will not be driving a banana anymore!:steering:
 
That must have taken a couple of come-alongs and a telephone pole. Lol.
LOL! it wasn't too bad, a couple ratchet straps attached to the wheel wells and it pulled with little effort.

I can't criticize the previous guy for doing some shady tree body work because I feel the same way but only doing it in a heated garage!;)
 
Here I thought you were talking about the banana fungus that may wipe out the yellow banana (cavandish?) we all know!
