You'd need to join the group where the car was listed, C Body Owners And Fanatics. My Facebook search skills must really suck. I couldn't find it.

I'm lost, car is listed in California, has California plates, the plates are the proper sequence for the year.Looks pretty good in the pics but being an Illinois car scares me.

I see it as a native California car.
This idea that California cars are rust free eludes me, my last four cars had notable rust, all four native California cars that never left the state.

So Besides the two Polara Dave own/owned, this makes 3, 1970 Convertibles in this color?
There are 6 solid examples off hand.
This one was in Ohio,
A California car
My N code
Adleen who has left the ranch
The new England car...
There is another car we have a photo of but can not nail down whose car it is.
So, 5 - 7 cars .
Even though the CA seller has yet to post the tag, I have concluded that the Polara for sale in CA must indeed be DL27L0D182194, the FK5 that sold in Lebanon, OH back in Nov. 2018:
1. The options, lack of fender signal repeaters, and wheel covers would appear consistent with that idea even though (i) the Lebanon, OH car had a white top -- whereas the CA seller says that this one has a black top "in poor condition" -- and (ii) the Lebanon, OH car did not have a RHS mirror, which this one has.
2. The valve covers are the same incorrect black. As @71Polara383 pointed out to me via PM, the fender tag on both cars is black (not orange as it ought to be).
3. Furthermore, look at the seams that are giving way on the driver's side -- same exact area in both cars.
4. Finally, look also at the two scratch marks next to the interior light rheostat.

I respectfully submit that it is the same car.
PS: There is another "California FK5" -- DL27T0D119129, @Ruger's loaded FK5.

I respectfully submit that it is the same car. I would be amazed if it were another one. Now if only the seller would post the tag and show the top up...
PS: I am aware of another "California FK5" car, which is probably the one Dave was referring to -- DL27T0D119129 which is @Ruger's loaded FK5.

Sold for $7978 back in 2018, pretty good jump in the asking considering it does not look like anything has been done to improve the car.
