OK - My flame suit is on

There are some other stand out fleet colors as well. That new holland blue color reminds me of Fords Grabber blue. There is a yellow and an orange also.

The green was my second choice. I couldn't find a dominator yellow without the Cummins.

7 year old F-150

Normal 8' bed.

Six cylindar
Was I the last man on this planet to buy one?

Congrats 300 on the new truck.

I really liked this metallic black/gold dually I had a couple years ago.

I like that color, I saw that when I was looking but I think I would have gotten tired of it.

I was tired of washing it after the first month. So I traded it in.......on another black truck. LOL. They just look sooooo good sitting on the lot.

Peter and Dave, those are both gorgeous trucks. A couple months ago while at my local Dodge dealer picking up parts I looked at all the trucks on the lot and was shocked to see the sticker price was 40 -60 grand. WOW. I don' want to sound nosey and ask what you paid but can you give me an idea of how much off sticker your dealers moved?

Between discount and incentive, about 21%. You would be floored at the sticker prices up here. A top line 3500 mega cab duallie is stickered north of 85K.

That makes it a little more reasonable. Sounds like you got a good deal. Congratulations and enjoy!

I felt the same way. I wanted a diesel bad until the gov took the mileage advantage away

And that's why I drive my old 1st Gen Crewcab...my cummins and a 5 speed net me an easy 20 mpg mixed city and hwy. Sure it doesn't have the new truck smell...or payments...and rides like a real truck, not a car....but I'll take dead nuts reliable, and easy to work on any day. ;)

I COMPLETELY agree. I would love to have a late 80's or early 90's long ram Diesel but I need something reliable as in comfortable and no worries. My office is my truck.

They didnt move much. The sticker was $43,500 on mine, with the trade and after taxes the bill was just under forty. I was very happy to get away from my rusty white truck

Well with that Cummins in it if you can keep it from rusting it will last forever. My 04 Cummins has 230,000 on it now and I'm trying to make it last forever so I don't have to buy another one. Of course I don't have to worry about mine rusting.

Nice trucks fellas!
