"Restore", by definition, means to make the vehicle back to the ORIGINAL factory configuration. Anything else is technically considered "modified"; even replacing the 318 with a 440. But, all of these terms have been essentially been deemed useless because of their rampant MIS-use; such as "barn-find", "easy restoration", and my favorite - "the hard work is already done". Oh, and "No title, but easy to get!"...so, get the damn title already and maybe someone will buy the car!
