Lake Shore Park was built in 1880's by Frederick Law Olmstead. He built Central Park in NYC. He also built the World Exposition (World's Fair) in Chicago in 1893. He also built 100's of other things from coast to coast.

This is Lake Park over 100 years ago and what it looks like today.
