Part name for 1970 fury steering wheel attachment

I am reaching out to ask for your assistance in identifying a specific grey part in the attached picture. Unfortunately, I am not sure what it is called, and I would greatly appreciate any help or insights you could provide.

If you don’t find anything closer to you, I have a couple I keep around as spare for my car. I’m a long ways away though in Alberta Canada . I’m not sure what they call those either. I just know the horn ring bolts up to them.

The pictured broken part, is called the "horn ring retainer", Chrysler part number 2925556.
