I'm not sure if this is the same view as the 50's pic above. It does show that they kept some tradition with an oversize sign, but the building looks completely different.

Right city, wrong state. It's in MO, not MS.
It's on the western edge of St. Louis, just off I-64 at Clayton Rd.
