BTW, those are more like Tee-Pees and not Wigwams. Wigwams are dome shaped.

Looks like Victorian number plates, as in the State of Victoria, Australia. The car front and centre is a HR Holden.

Zooming in on photo looks like early Queensland (North Australia) plates. They had black and white plates like Victoria

Very unique building, which could be identified with AI these days i should think.
Given the mauve Holden, and what look like local plates- yes, Australia somewhere is a definite possibility.New Zealand is another.
