Pics of 69-73 C bodies

Of course! I like to be seen. And note the rusty winter wheels, too... Here she is three hours ago in Rockford, next to the truck of @71Polara383

PS: The car sits a bit low — the springs looked good till I put 250 miles on her today. They’ll be replaced this winter while the wheels get refinished.

Naaa, the springs are fine. Good for another 50 years.

Good one. Funny guy. On this one, they’ll be on the ´immediate to do list´ — the difference with Poppy is striking.

69 Monaco finally on the road. Only to be going into storage fairly soon

Dad at some conference or other with an early production Fury III
edit:
Just noticed the interior looks like Burnt Orange. Was that offered in a 69 Fury?

Do I spy a new convertible top. I se a plastic rear window in the photo. Right. I followed you to Carlisle w/ no rear convertible window seen. If you did put a top on it looks great
Sorry not me on route to Carlisle. I hope to make the trip someday.
That top is in minty condition. Been on at least 15 years. Always stored inside.
Yes plastic rear window. That's kinda dingy. The car is a 50 footer. Real good driver.

Here's a 70 I just obtained no engine or trans but it had s tuff wheel in it that I needed for my duster so I bought the car probably the cleanest sub frame I have ever seen on one of these style cars, rear quarters have mild cancer. Dont know what I'll do with this one I still want a 67-68 Chrysler instead

Very nice weather today, between two rainy days, so I took the opportunity to drive Poppy, my G-code 1970 Polara convertible. Here she is, on a local street, just before dusk.

PS: she enjoyed the 30+ miles exercise, her first since the Creamery Run with @Analog Kid, @Imperialist67 and @Ripinator in October (work and weather conspired against other outings meanwhile). We drove on a mix of city, country, and fast roads -- she liked it all. Total mileage is now 34,080. I could have taken her out right after Christmas, but preferred to wait till a couple of heavy rainfalls had cleaned up the roads of any remaining salt this week.

This one was on a derby site, and sold already. Not sure what became of it. Looks a bit purple on the low metal.
