Looks like a slant six under that hood.

Wow, you are a man of excellent taste!

Even though it's not fall yet, we got the pumpkin out a couple weeks ago and took it to its first show of the year. There were only 2 cars in the class, ours and a 1964 330. We won 1st.......

I ran into my old NY yesterday at a local car show. The car lives about 300 miles from here but it made the trip up for an annual show hosted by the current owner's car club. The original paint was recently treated to a buff and wax, paintless ding removal and chip touch up. Also back with 2" whitewalls....

Also saw a '69 300 in attendance.....

My opinion, but the whitewalls on the '69 would look so much better on the '73 than those wider ones.

Here is my recent acquisition. 1973 Newport. It painted 2004 Rumble Bee yellow. It's a lot of yellow, but it's part of it's charm.

Love that shade of yellow!

If I’d have been there, I would’ve needed serious sunscreen to avoid ending up as red as the F-150 on the other side of the Barracuda!

I found this sad New Yorker at my steering box rebuilder. One thing that was brought to my senses quickly, is smell. How many cars must get parted out or demoed because of extreme BO.
I was very curious about the NYB, but when I opened the doors, I could not get close enough to read the odometer. PEW!!.

That really is too bad, such a nice-looking NYer. The body looks reasonably solid within the detection limits of the photos. Febreze can do only so much. I’m assuming mold…or do we blame the dog?

It's not dog, not any mold I have dealt with. Closer to extreme piss your self homeless.
The dent was done last winter in a temper moment. Auuuggghhh.... with snow plow.
