Here is a 1970 300 'vert at Carlisle back in 2014. Looks to be DY3 yellow, with regular wheel covers (not road wheels, for once). Does anyone remember it? @polara71 @Samplingman @67valiant 100 @Big_John @Ripinator
Always good to catch up!Saw @67valiant 100 today with his Sport Fury GT at Lebanon Valley Dragway in New York for the Mopar show. Always great to see you Charles, and catch up. I’m glad I FINALLY got to see the car in person… I love it! By the way, did you beat @71Polara383 s time like you were hopin for?

Glad that awning keeps the sun off, but it clearly doesn't keep the rain off!
I was still looking at cars when I heard the announcer say “talk about a land yacht”, and he thought it was a Chrysler 300…. so I unfortunately did not see you run down the track otherwise I would of got some pictures, so thank you for posting yours. Before I could run back to watch you run, I saw you pass by on the return road and heard the next cars do burnouts. Thats not too bad of a time, but I assume expected. I hope you can get it to go faster. How many runs did you do?best run was 14.8 @ 91. There is more in it for sure with some tweeking & seat time. I haven't been on a track in nearly 7 years lol.

I’m not either, mine was a year later in 2016I’m no help, my first Carlisle trip was 2015.
Thank you! Do you remember where the car was based? Any photos you may have?I remember the car. IIRC, it was as nice as the pictures.
For some reason I keep thinking the owner had an aftermarket fan belt system under the hood, but that may be some other 300.
Yep!
I’m guessing Mr. George Hurst? I saw the picture on FBBOYep!
Guess who is driving???
