Pics of 69-73 C bodies

Anyone seen this one before? It looks like an interesting limo conversion .

Amid a temperature spike today (into the seventies, following a snow/ice storm earlier this week!), I took the opportunity to go and drive Poppy (my '70 Polara 'vert) for a couple of hours. The objective was to get her out after sitting for almost two months, to trouble-shoot a chirp from the engine (solved, it seems), and then to meet @Imps Rule. On the way, Poppy passed the 33,333 mile mark!

@Imps recently bought a 1971 4-door Sport Fury from @JPMODL, and I met him and his car met for the first time this afternoon. The charcoal interior, the GC8 Mood Indigo paint, and the white vinyl top make a stunning combo -- even more so in person than on pics, if that is possible! Since buying the car from John, @Imps Rule has added WW tires on the very nice set of wheels (the latter are not original to C-bodies, but they are period-correct and IMHO they really work on the car). Enjoy!

The term 'Nice pair!' is mostly said in reference to a beautiful woman's assets but it definitely works here also!

and no picture showing the wheels?!

Your wish is my command. Here is one that I took yesterday. @Imps Rule's garage, to which I should have linked in the above post, has many superb (and higher-resolution) photos.

They will look good. I love the thin whitewalls, and equally despise wide whites, especially when put on the "wrong" car.

The 300-H Convertible also made the February 2020 edition, with Dave Arent’s 71 GT.

Top Ten MoPars of 2019. Two C-bodies in the top ten, not too shabby!

Said adios to my 73 Newport parts car today. It's at Wildcat now. I picked up a roof for my 69 300.
They had the complete floor from the car that the roof came from and it is in premo shape and ready to load. I should have got pics of that.
