Power Antenna bezel 63-64

Does any one have a picture of the bezel for the 1963-64 Chrysler 300, New Yorker… etc rear power antenna and related hardware? In the pics in the parts manual it looks like a two piece item like the front fender bezel but I can’t for the life of me find a picture of what this should look like.
