Rear speaker removal...

Dang, this thing us nothing like I have worked on before.... :icon_scratch:

Looked at this from every angle...how to I get this open to remove/install the speaker?

Take the cover off the back of the seat.

Yeah, that's what I thought...evidently when the seats were recovered, the back was hogwired at the bottom and super duper glued at the top...I may just move new speaker...thanks
