The WalMarts in my area has giant inflatable 40ft Christmas trees outside at their stores, the one at the WalMart north of me was blown over one morning and my local 'Ghetto' WalMart had one but now it's gone, either someone stole it or the Muslims complained.

Yep, heard on the news somewhere a town/city is going to start charging a homeowner with a 1 gazzilion light display house, (you know the type, the one that takes all year to setup) fees for the police traffic detail. I stopped driving around and viewing the massive lighted houses years ago when the homeowners were going down the line of cars rattling a bucket full of change to pay for the electric bill.

Now the speedway is getting in on it with "Magic of Lights holiday experience" and this seems to be a trend all over North America through FunGuys Events LLC.

I still remember the Energy Crisis where people put up non-lighted Christmas decorations, wreaths, bows, bunting etc. Keep burning up the planet, supply & demand, know wonder our electric bills are so high now-a-days.

Linoleum used to be incredibly popular. We still have a kitchen floor in a crazy pattern similar to #127 in the middle, and I absolutely hate it. These floors always start peeling the week you put them in.

We did all the rooms that didn't have tiles or marble floors in linoleum, but in a subtle grey with a slightly marbled pattern, the way it was popular before the 70s designs came into Play.
Vinyl should be of a different construction, with a very similar look but with a brighter shine.
