reproduction 1968 Newport grille emblem

Hi,

A friend and I reproduced an grille emblem for my 1968 Newport out of epoxy. Mine (as most of those I have ever seen) is badly cracked and discoloured. One issue is that we do not have one in good condition as a model so we went with pictures we could find on the internet.

What do you think of the result? Anything should be modified?

I see older posts from people looking for these. I could make more (the insert only) if there is interest here. Let me know so that we can consider what to do next.

Yes I seen this. Reopops have been in the works for quite some time.

Compared to my good original, maybe the red could be just a shade darker?
Depends if you took the pic with or without a flash?
I could be wrong..

Btw, The 360 Chrysler by Chrysler down in Aussie land used the same crest!
So this may help our friends livibg down under,lol.
