I have this RIGHT SIDE, (Passengers side) Remote Controlled door mirror, that has gotta be used on some "C" body car that i took it off of way back in the 1970's, or early 1980's, during my wrecking yard days.
But i dunno.
Don't remember what car it could have been, that long ago.
This mirror has been in my closets, for literally decades.
This is the only one that i have ever seen, and I'm now a 70 year old man.
The mirror chrome, is in good condition, not pitted at all, and the mirror isn't scratched.
I have all the parts that go along with this mirror.
The mounting plate, under the mirror to the door, the rubber gaskets, and the knob that hold the adjuster mechanism, to the door panel.
Everything's there.
Boy, the length of the cable, measured in at 81 inches, to go all the way around the right door, back of the instrument panel, to the left door.
I determined that i will sell this mirror at $95.00, which i think is a fair price, for it's rarity and age.
For payment, i accept Pay Pal.
I figure i will mail it out in a USPS flat rate box at $22.50.
Interested party, send me a private message, and we can go from there.
Thank's a lot.

what's the casting # on the underside on the base?
Well, since you asked, there are a few numbers on the base, but nothing that would be considered a "part number" or a "casting number"
I would have posted, if there were numbers to help out.
A few numbers here and there in bunches of just three numbers that probably just meant something or other on the manufacturing line.

The best that i could make out on one line is.

1327 Then the Chrysler Penstar Emblem, then H11

You got an idea what it officially is, then let me know, and I'll ammend the ad.

Is this from a Córdoba type car? I don’t recall seeing this Mirror Style on a C body.

Looks like the 1976-1980 style. There were "racing mirrors" usaed on the F and M body csrs

Some chrome plated and others painted body color

3871559 is the part #

The "1327" number on the base is most likely the date code which is probably the 132nd day of 1977.

This info maybe helpful to confirm models / years offered.

I'm gonna hafta do some homework and find out if this mirror came off a Cordoba, Mirada, Magnum, St. Regis, Diplomat, car.
Guess it's not from a "C" body, big land yacht, then.
Now i kinda, sorta, wish it had a decent number cast into the base of it.
Appreciate everyone's thoughts in trying to figure it out.
Thanks.

Well, i officially can put this question and answer session to bed tonight, in regards to what this mirror was used on.
I have a 1977 Chrysler parts book that i brought down from the storage shelving.
Got to the exterior pages, and guess what?
This mirror shows up for the later Cordoba's and the body line that the Cordoba is in.
Part number 3871557
So now i know, we know.
Anyone still want to purchase it, off this web site, please, be my guest.
