That method doesn't display ABS codes, unfortunately, as far as I know. It was one of the first things I tried.

Ah you need ABS codes.
I could make a joke about plastics...
I got a code reader a HF a while back. Before you squawk, its exactly the same as a name brand unit, just with a HF brand on it. Highly rated by testers.
Don't know if it does ABS codes as I didn't care, my car doesn't have ABS.
Take a look and investigate.

i have a centech from harbor freight. it reads abs with the exception of certain foreign cars which i believe are proprietary codes. i think the centech have been replaced by zurich. i can't comment on them but they might be worth checking into.
