that's the way this garage was when I bought it.
It's a bit on the not so bright and colourful side but it works very well.
Fully insulated, & heated
I did have to replace the furnace and the garage doors though.
the garage doors were the old school non-insulated doors and the furnace packed it in about 2 winters earlier.
It is toasty warm in the winter and nice and cool in the summertime.
i even mounted an air cleaning system to combat the dust that leaches into the garage every time a door get opened.

Don't throw acronyms out that are not common knowledge. Hell, I still don't know what "Bae" means? ROTFGMH!
 
If anyone has an exhaust manifold they aren't using I know a car that needs one...:rolleyes:
