well, not exactly....but close. I suspect the membership is made up of a near half and half balance of Fuselage v. Slab cars....and the formals might not be all fully represented.

Formals get no respect, sadly...sometimes not even among C body fans.

I feel safe in saying 11 to 13 (at that time) was neck and neck. Percentage wise it wasn't close but in this very small samples size every vote is large so neck and neck.

I truly believe there are more formals on this board than the fuselage era. Slabs are the highest number here

Stands to reason. Slabs were extremely popular at the time and sold record numbers three out of the 4 years they were produced. In fact I think I read somewhere that the 68's outsold the 69's while they were both on the lots together. I can remember the fuselage cars not being very popular at first.

I may have a Fusie but I voted slab. Conditional though. I really love the 1966-67 New Yorker and Newport followed by 1968. The 67-68 Dodge version is interesting but head to head I'll take the Chrysler. However, I prefer the 69-71 Polara over the Newports. Furies don't really do anything for me, in any style, outside of the 67-68 2dr. Fastback version only.

Guess I can't vote, Finz iz my thing. Love them stabalizerz

Well, if you squint you could say the 65's and 66's still have the withered remains of fins......:eek:s_dancing2: Sort of like the 55's had the undeveloped beginnings....

Bob, somewhere in these pages you swore no more projects and your next car would be an Imperial.....

And that is just fine with me. I am very smug in that I know about a great thing that everybody else overlooks due to their having bad taste, prejudices, and misconceptions...

I took so much abuse being into Mopars in high school. To top that off, not even the "hot" cars, I liked the big cars ..... and have been Thumping my Polara chest since the late 70's
