So I've got these 4 bolts I've removed...

Several years ago they did some work on my 69 Sport Fury Vert and they said that they were in the process of making stuff for C-Bodies. I had told the owner Jerry use my C-Body as a prototype. He has a lot of nice Mopars at his shop along with a Blues Brothers Cruiser and a kick *** charger. [/QUOTE

Ill check it out again.
Thanks!]

Que Bob: "Anything for Formals?"
No, Bob.
"Never anything for Formals!!" :soapbox:
You should know by now...

Ok these check out measirements arr right on.

I got one off but think that they may be ta k welded onthe top as well

I can peel the floor back .
Can you please confirm this for me?
Thanks very much!

The floor is not welded to this if that is hat you are asking.

I went ahead and got them both out.
The members are tack welded to the side rails as I suspected.
Had to peel the floor up to drill out the spot welds.

Ok, I never pulled one of these, I was surprised when I saw the bolts.

Just messing with you. Only reason I knew was because I pulled those bolts thinking those would stay with the sub. I picked the body up with a forklift and the sub swung down and hung by those welds. I had to shake the **** out of it way up in the air with the forklift until it finally broke free.

Ok I cut out the brackets that you needed...

The side pieces of that reinforcement go all the way into the rocker.

Soon as I get these boxed up they will be on their way, payin it forward.

This is the stuff I love to see. Dissection and learning.
I got lost on what you guys were talking about but now I see it!
I don't know if I'll ever use this but I'll know it if I need to.

You're Welcome,

I'm not sure what your plan was or the condition of your rockers but I would take the time to cut away the rockers on these and install them like the factory.

I'd just take a 1/2" drill and drill right through the spot welds on the replacement parts, this will give you a nice place to plug weld when you put them back on.

Removing the old ones is a little more tricky, I'd just cut as much away as I could and grind down the spot welds, you are not trying to save anything here.
