More like, Yes Senator she is under 26, however unless you can submit verification that she's an actual dependent she's not covered.

But on a more serious note the big thing is small shell corporations setting up shop in small strip malls for a month, getting ahold of some medicare recipients information and submitting claims for them on a daily basis. By the time they're found out, the companies are gone, and so is usually 3-400K. The monitoring is getting better and it's harder work for the scammers but it does still happen.

You go to your insurers/payers Fraud and Abuse line/form. If you have BCBSFL I can get you that. Uncle sugar don't give a crap. The payer part. like say Part D which is maintained/facilitated by the Blues, they'll care. It's pennies out of their mouth.

I did that when I had BCBS of MA and recently with Medicare. No more!! Nobody at Medicare GAF either despite all their ads about fighting Medicare fraud. I'm disgusted with the whole system when I have to pay $800 out of my pocket to have a medical van bring my wife to Orlando and a scumbag gang banging drug dealer who gets shot gets a free $40,000.00 helicopter ride to Tampa
