Thought I'd post some of my car art again,
I've been doing some sketches of the car I've posted here in the for sale thread..and some other stuff

as @57fury440 suggested I gave color pencils a try and I think I chose a pretty good choice for colors, John Lennon's Rolls Royce, it's kind of meh..but I'll be working on it a bit...

IMG_6777.jpg

I also drew Christine but skipped on the colors as the red in cheap pencil wasn't really red but I'll be doing another version with color in the future..also I'll some changes to this one as it kinda looks off on-camera...

Land Cruiser doing a massive jump..

AMG Hammer Wagon…’nuff said..

IMG_6638.jpg

The Vagabond Falcon, mascot of the youtube channel RegularCarReviews that he recently sold on BaT, some of the best satirical car reviews ever, they even did a '70 Chrysler Imperial

IMG_6592.jpg

The '76 Town and Country that I think is still for sale in Pennsylvania..

The ’69 Chrysler 300 sedan with kinda unique bumperettes and auxiliary lights, that’s now in Finland

The Monaco wagon I posted about that was saved by members @BLIMP and @Xenon

My Sketches 7 - 2020-12-06 08.18.32.png
I've been shoving in some cars into my classwork to and so I did this for a class....and I don't even remember what this was for...

Oh and this one isn't finished as you can see but I wanted to just know if it looks...correct? like does the Polara look to scale and stuff? the angle on the back part is a bit off so ill be changing that..but I just wanted to know if I should make it bigger...

Anyways, Happy Holidays and Happy New Year!

You've really got a good eye! Here's your sketch next to a picture from a few days ago.

Not sure how to accurately describe it, but your angles look better than a lot of automobile sketches I've seen. As for your last one, I'd say the Polara needs to be larger, it looks a little too small next to the fenceposts.
Keep it up!

I doodled, but I never came close to being able to sketch cars like you can, keep it up!

I still remember a guy at a car show, looking at a picture, then drawing what he saw. I don't have that ability. I still try to draw my rides, but it's a miserable fail.

Awesome job man, those look really awesome! My favorites of the ones you posted are the '69 300 and the '76 T & C. Would love to see you do a '77 New Yorker one day if you are interested. Here are some reference photos if you need any.
Again, great job!
Merry Christmas,

All really cool! Love the axe!

Can I critique?
The wagon looks awesome! Very impressed with your hand. however the rise in the contour above the two side doors happens at the rear of the second door. In the drawing the rise slopes up at the transition of the two doors. I think the transition there looks better and appears to make the car more sporty than the actual car. Actual car is more straight there with less upcurve. The drawing definitely looks way faster and sportier to me. Just what I noticed.
I agree with making the scale a little larger on that polara. Looks great now!
Wish I still had time for art. I spent about 3 years as a professional muralist. From flat paint to 3D paint on giant wall canvas's. Some as tall as 35' and some as wide as 200'. I really enjoyed being an artist and made decent money doing it.

I don't have any digitally. Maybe on some regular pictures as I'm old.
I was a painter from 94 to about 98. I'll see if I can find any digital pictures.
There are a few at the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and one at the Air Force Academy.
I built several full children's museum exhibits. Now I had a mentor and a partner. She was awesome and showed me the ropes.

Nope, all the zoo paint is now gone as they changed the hippo exhibit.

We did a bunch of work on an elementary in the "martin luther king" district. We black lined all the prison looking concrete walls and brought the kids out of class for a full school year and had them paint their own school. It gave those kids pride in their little slice of life. Very rewarding.
