Looking at the cars in the background and the carefully blanked-out plate, I would say that this 1970 Fury iii 'vert was in Europe at the time. The web page is in Dutch, so I am paging @69monaco @luigi164 @NY69 and also in Germany @fc7_plumcrazy @ceebuddy @Georg/BBTR @Lycidias

The Plate should be German. The Netherlands have kind of "black plate" licence plates for historical vehicles. I didn't found something else about this one.
