Strur rod removal

yeah the front strut rod that goes from the lower control arm to the front frame and the sway bar ends mount to it, i have to replace the sway bar bushings and strut rod bushings
 
In order to service the strut bar bushings you need to pull the lower control arms and torsion bars. They slide out as a unit. Be sure to unload the torsion bars first they are under an insane amount of pressure. They take a 15/16" Socket to unload the bar. Out back you have the rear of the sub frame there's a wire clip that you need to remove, it helps if you have the torsion bar tool to remove and install the bars.

your kidding me haha so it would pay to replace the lower control arm bushes and torsion bar bushes at same time?
