Stock Spindle Drum-to-Disc Brake Conversion Kits SUM-BK-45054 ($775)

I understand the rotor is from a 65-67 Mustang, and this setup is compatible with 14" wheels.

A guy in a FB group says he put it on his '67 Monaco:

Stock 65-67 mustang rotors will fit C-body spindles?

Rotors are 11.28 inch diam, .8 inch thick. A little on the thin side I think.

A reply in FB says this Summit kit is rebranded Leed Brakes kit (probably FC2003SM?) but at a pretty good discount. But aren't most of the parts off-the-shelf, except for the caliper mounting plate?

C body has 1.25 inch thick rotors, B body is 1 inch thick. Can't see those calipers bolting up to stock mounting bracket either, although kits usually come with an adapter plate of sorts. And I must say I'm not a big fan of that line routing, should have some wire wrap gravel guard at least.
