Has anyone used Mother's clay bar?

This is used for badly aged/dirt stained paint surfaces prior to polishing. Not familiar with this manufacturer but the clay bars in general are supposed to be the best application for these surfaces from what I've heard; never had that bad paint on one of my cars yet.

Of the couple I've tried, I like the Meguirs "professional" blue clay with their detail spray as a lube.

Go back to my thread, not sure what page, where I was cleaning it up for the first time to see some results. I couldn't believe how much dirt and garbage came off that paint and how much smoother it felt to the touch. That being said I'm sure all the clay bar products perform similar.

I use an 11" orbital polisher, don't think the 6" pad they are selling would work....but the reviews are great. Worth a try if you have a tiny 6" orbital buffer....

I'm out of storage space, that's the reason for selling it. Yes, those are my dealer places, I've been a dealer for 50 years here in Geneva, NY, the Chrysler is mine and in my collection. I use my dealer plates on ALL my cars, even my wife's driver. This car will not dissappoint anyone, it's a genuine beauty, no stories, just plain gorgeous in/out. If you're seriously interested simply call me for any additional information, photos, etc. This car is for someone who is very fussy and knows a bargain when he sees one, not for the norm. Hate to sell it, but need the storage space for another "toy". Call me, it will please you in every way, and you can jump in and drive it cross country. $9850 puts it in your garage. If you are not interested in it, perfectly fine, if interested in it, come see/drive it, then make a decision. Very simple, very easy. I may have it for a long, long time, doesn't matter to me, I'll find extra storage space. I'm starting to like it even better when I see '65's with 92,000 miles bringing $7000 on EBay. No comparison to mine for sure. There's an *** for every seat.....
Classic cars are better than money in the bank, especially when they are like this one. Also to the fellow who asked about where the car was stored, it belonged to a PA collector for 28 years who simply drove it to local car shows in his area. I replaced all the seals to avoid any leaks which I hate on my garage floor. I like a car "bone dry", no leaks. Any old car 47 yrs old needs new seals periodically, now this one doesn't. I'd drive it coast to coast, runs like a Rolex.

Wow you car dealers are a laugh.No problem passing off your $3000 bill for unessary repairs so you don't have to wipe up an oil spot take that $3000 off and your in the ballpark. Good luck getting your repair bill paid off
