Alright! It’s been a long day lol. Finally getting settled back at home. On to the goods!

Met with Tommy (the owner) around lunch time. Nice guy. I BS’d with him for a little while. I invited him to come join us on here. Hopefully he does. He’s had the car for around a year now.

The car is still an honest car for the most part to me. She is gonna need a little paint and body work. Worst section of the car is the passenger quarter. Some filler blistering. Engine is healthy, and a strong runner.

I felt privileged to be able to go for a ride in it after all these years of reading/hearing about it. If I had more play money I myself would try and play ball with it. The scoops and wheels gotta go though!!

@amazinblue82 let me know if you need anymore assistance with anything. Fingers crossed it works out. As mentioned, she’s welcome to stay here till transport is taken care of ;). I can’t promise she doesn’t go for a couple laps around the block though LOL.

It's actually spot on.
It looks like the car has gone beyond the point where reasonable money would get this into excellent shape appearance-wise.
It does appear to still be a great C-body to "thrash" around.
It's a great drivetrain for a swap.

Tough question...
Lemme take a stab at it.
When it left me, the exterior needed to be worked on next. Presently, it's gonna take a lot of more than it's worth. The neglect crossed the line of reasonable return.
Interior: the vinyl has become very discolored.
Mechanically, it "appears" OK but I wasn't there.
IF it was given back to me as it is now, I would just cruise locally with it and not invest any money into it. Use it. Enjoy it. Don't obsess over it.

Zac, HowTF could you forget about the A/C??

It's a 4-5 grand car.
