Watched the movie "The Sting" with Newman and Redford for the upteenth time. Does anyone know the make of car the gangster Doyle Lonnegan was chauffeured around in? It was a long black limousine with suicide doors. I'm thinking Chrysler Imperial or Packard but I'm not sure. Either was it was a beautiful car. Paul

Somebody needs to advise IMCDB that the 1930s Chrylser products termed "Airstream" should be "Airflow" instead.

In 1935 Chrysler introduced the Airstream as a more conventional model to the Airflow. Desoto shared the name. Produced from 1935-37.

Forty or so very odd years ago, at the Dunkirk, NY show somebody had an Airflow Imperial limo/8 passenger sedan for sale.
BTW, the parade car in the film "The Dictator" was an Imperial. I often wonder if it has survived.
