I love it .. not sure about what's on the door

Normally I don't care for factory stripes or paint treatments on a car that is not correct for the year and body but this Fury with the 69 RR/GTX hood treatment looks great to me even more so with the call-outs which reminds me of the 71 (I think) A body 340 Wedge call-out inspired COMMANDO

I'd do it on this white car .. but not the door art

The hood looks good. I think I'd have made the side graphic very small and on the back of the deck lid, or not at all though.

The front end never appealed much to me on these years, but the hood treatment transforms the flared headlights. I was always a sucker for a black & white car since my first love was a white with black stripes 73' Cuda with a 340, 4 speed black interior on a used car lot that I couldn't afford. I would vote yes on the stripes, no on Wile e Coyote if we could choose.

The car looks out of balance. with a black hood, and the top down. The B body was roundish, coke bottle style. Then the hood would have looked good. I would have done the 67' GTX stripe on the hood, and matched it on the trunk lid. Then again,
I can see the 70' chrysler Hurst with the stripes, but not a 68' Plymouth. This is just my taste.

My first thought: That's something a European would do, before I noticed the plates.
Fail to me even though I'm European. ;)

Pictures are made at the Mopar Nationals in Herten Germany , every first weekend of august.
Carsten can tell you more about it.......

Love everything about it. 68-73 was a time of high impact colors and cool graphics. Just plain Fun. Interior is beautiful. Wile E Coyote strapped to the Acme road rocket brings back good memories.

I know the car and owner well, he lives in my town.
He has the 68 Sport Fury vert since 15 years. Factory 383 HP car.

AFAIK everything on the car is just foiled, he owns a printshop himself.
So it can be returned to original easily

Well as you may have gathered from other posts I love the 67 and 68 Fury's and I think the stacked headlights and grill treatments are some of the best looking of all Mopardom but to each his own w/o a doubt and can understand others not feeling the same way. I think if it's one thing that keeps bringing me back these two year Fury's is that Beautiful front end treatment .. not to mention the Fast Top roofline .. love them in general but that's a great looking rack to me LOL

I agree the black stripes look excellent on the white and helps break it up a little too, and I think on this white car the hood treatment enhances an already stunning front end.

speaking of stacked and rack ..

I do not like the proportions, (the center white spacing is too broad and the black goes out too far way too close to the fender ridge. But if done proportionally to the car this would look great.

I almost commented that that's what makes it work actually. I think it perfectly proportioned but respect your opinion ;)

on the 69 B bodies it actually went out onto the fender to line up with the front windshield
