I always do too when I make major changes in my life.

I'm debating what to do with my career right now. The contract I'm currently working on is going to end soon. I have another contract coming up. The problem is that the contract is only for one year whereas my last contract was for 5 years. The government has been doing one year contracts a lot lately. So I have to worry or start looking for the next contract basically on day one of this contract if I decide to accept it. With all the crazy crap going on with the government it's getting to the point with me that it isn't worth it anymore....furloughs, project cancellations, project budget $$$ constraints, project start dates getting delayed and pushed back several times is the norm now. So maybe it's time for me to go another direction too.
 
I'm not quite ready to retire for good yet. I get bored easily.
 
Just got home from my car show.
Tomorrow and Saturday are two more car nights locally.
Been a rough week...

I got a call this morning from Home Depot, they want me to come in for a second interview this Wed. Its sounding good!
