My 2 cents.
225/70x15’s purchased at Belle Tire for about $70 apiece. (This size and the 235’s are available under $80 at most tire stores. Around here anyway)
Mounted on 15”x7” wide rim. IMO the rim width is as important as tire width.
Try to pinch these or 235’s on a narrower rim and they won’t look as wide or handle as well.

In looking at the cars that have been presented here, the ones that "POP" the most with the white walls are the cars of a different color other than say white or a silver. In the end what you want to do is to catch the eye of people and make their eyes pop out of their heads. Thus the WOW factor or "that's a good looking ride". Some cars like my white Plymouth FURY VIP do look better with black side out. Makes a contrast to the car. Just my 2 cents of observation.

Back in the day when these cars were built blackwalls meant a “stripped-down” car or a taxi cab.
IMO black sides look fine on a Road Wheel, Magnum 500 etc.
Full wheel covers look better with white sides. I would imagine all those responding w.w.s are my age or older.

Yep John. It's here. Getting some more work done today. Tighten the seats down, adjust the exhaust tail pipe so it doesn't hit the RR shock, Tighten belts, etc. Leaving next Thursday for New Orleans...... don't want no trouble.

I normally leave for Carlisle just after the 4th. We might be able to get together before then, Maybe lunch on the deck at Tacky Jacks on the Mobile Bay, or Sassy Bass. should be able to lay the top back and ride.

Picked them up and got them mounted up last night. I like it. Getting the fender skirts mounted back up next.
