The front yard...now that spring has sprung (though it was 37 degrees a couple nights ago..yeah, may 13). My neighbors have nice trees in the distance..the up close trees are mine.

Though it doesnt show that well at all, we had "sun dogs" that day..horizontal rainbows among the high cirrus clouds. The clouds were nice..but the sundoggies were cooler.

I posted pics of "vertical" sun dogs I took on a cold January day earlier in this post (reposted below)

This is the Florida you don't think of immediately.
No, not Orlando. Not Miami. Not Daytona, Tampa, Key West, but inland where lazy rivers meander through dense, untouched, rural areas.
Yesterday took a long drive and went Fossil hunting in the river banks of the Peace River.
