All things considered, I am not going for the stock look but a functionality that gives me a solid trunk floor again.
i have to peel the floor up so I can repair the frame rail supports so I will cut it out and take my chances..

I'll start my own thread as time goes on to show whether the C2C is a good or bad choice in a trunk pan for the car.

That being said, I'm not sure you should even bother with the C2C stuff.
I see no benefit to these panels, the groves are almost non existent.
For the money I would just use plain sheet metal.

I never liked plum crazy on a C-body, but seeing her body, I now like plum crazy.

Cheapest way to go to get your grooves and not planning on doing this more often is to just carve them in Wood and hammer them out. Did this once for replacing a third of a 60 Chevroet trunk floor.
