I've looked and searched and can't find a definitive answer. I bought new Moog upper bushings for the control arm and the original bushings seem like they are one piece with the control arm (not pressed in). I'm afraid to try and press this out if it is not supposed to be. The new ones are one piece (with collar). I've watched videos, scanned forums, all of them say it presses out, but on my control arms I don't see the usual seam. Is there a chance mine are one piece?
(Pics are the old collar in question and new bushing).

www.mymopar.com to download the Chrysler factory service manual for information on how to replace those items. Free download. Also might be some Chrysler MasterTech videos on how to do that, too?

That’s the outer shell of the old bushing still in the arm. Here’s an NOS arm without a bushing.

Nicely done!! I hope I can repeat this thanks and do just as good. Apparently an old dog can learn new tricks!
Thanks for your photos they will be very useful.
