As you know, GM is halting production in AU of Holden vehicles. You know Holden. The makers of GM's V8 RWD platform. Holden will become a GM distribution arm for GM ia AU. They will be distributing cars in AU built in China.
Read that to mean:
The manufacturing of GM's Aussie's vehicles has been moved to China.
Well, I suppose that as long as GM keeps making 25,000 or so status symbol cars in Bowling Green, TN, for the GM execs to take to the Country Club, It's still an American company, eh? No, not really. It's only to allow the old school brass to still raise their kids in toney American private schools. After they are all grown up, Corvette production wll move, too...
