Doing a bit more digging, looks like it was called Duarte Witting. I've found references to it in google searches on FBBO, but the site appears to be down.

Duarte Witting, dba Nader Chrysler-Plymouth, got into a dustup with Daimler couple decades ago when Plymouth got whacked.

Seems like that signage, or maybe even that property at one time as it has a automotive facade, was connected with Nader
