Dig those pimpin wheels on the ford!off topic. my apologies.
I was catchin' chicks .. they just coulnt park their rumps ON my cars. In them? Cool. . Its how I keep chicks today .. were good, just as long as they dont sit on my cars.
Yeah, I put fog lights on everything in the late 70's.
1977
I was into the CB thing ... my first car in 1976, a 1975 Ford Elite. Magnetic-mounted above deck.
I had that car until the 21st century -- vears 1975-1992 on Michigan roads made a meal out of it.. Notice I needed "static straps" to improve reception. NOT .. but thats what I told everybody.

my second car after a summer job at Ford's Ypsilanti Plant after freshman year in college Ademented..er.... "collector", yeah, thats it ... was born that summer. Been combining.. feeding my illness with earnings ever since that summer
NO CB, but giant red "whip- type" antenna (hard to see, next to black arrow drawn on pic) -- only because I though it was cool. Clamped to edge of decklid with allen wrench screws.
STILL have this car. Still have antenna, NOT on the car any more tho. 1971 Camaro Rally Sport. Has 383/700R4 combo now.

Appliance, cross-wire, forged aluminum, polished, 15x7. low optioned otherwise. car was silver-blue metallic, it was a 460 car ( yeah, malaise-era but torquey)Dig those pimpin wheels on the ford!
Always a soft spot for a split bumper Camaro. Not sure why must be a trigger from my early youth.
They look good with the white walls, I approve.Appliance, cross-wire, forged aluminum, polished, 15x7. low optioned otherwise. car was silver-blue metallic, it was a 460 car ( yeah, malaise-era but torquey)
i scored a lot with the "air head" set for a few years in that one.
1972 Vega
this looks like exact spot in 1952 pic.
Custom job. I got a name, but it didn't lead anywhere. Very Pontiac front end treatment.I saw Vega ques . I do not recall seeing one with stacked headlights. A bit early for 72. Custom job or the real deal?
Agree again , I saw that . It is nicely done.Very Pontiac front end treatment.
Can't I have a few secret tricks? The reality it took less than a couple minutes and I got it on the first drop of Pegman.this looks like exact spot in 1952 pic.
Wow, how did you find THIS place @MrMoparCHP ?
Alps also look like this (i.e., year round snow cover) in Northern Italy and Switzerland for a thousand miles.
my technique as well, except I fail usually at step 3 to get a match ... then never get to 4 & 5 esaecially trying to get IT to ID terrain. Architecture I do pretty good just eyeballing things myself. Can't I have a few secret tricks? The reality it took less than a couple minutes and I got it on the first drop of Pegman.
Ok,
1. Right click image, Search image with Google
2. Select image that looks close (in this case it was the same spot)
3. Take information from that post and put into Google Earth (I got "Großglockner-Hochalpenstraße, Austria" from it)
4. Use logic in scanning area for the area that looks to match.
5. Look for road contours that match.
