I often wonder why "wagons" got such a bad rap. I drove a 66 Country Squire with a 428 in high school (I think only 7 or 10 made with the 428 in 1966 - wish I had kept it now!!). But think about it. What exactly is an SUV anyway?

Wagon - car frame, 5 doors, 2 or 3 rows of seats.

All they did was drop the "station wagon" name but keep making the same vehicle! Even the trucks like the Chevy Suburban are nothing but a wagon on a truck frame! The people "out there" who speak bad of wagons are probably driving one!

Phantomcobra, I put pics of my 66 Fury II wagon, in my new to site from CO post. Check her out.
