Wizard, I believe that car is worth saving and he is willing to negotiate. You must surely be able to squeeze just one more in with the rest of the herd! I would hate to see it crushed. They just do not come around very often anymore. It is in a lot better condition than your 71 300. If you sold me the trim from that 71, there would be at least some of the cash you need, and few people put that trim back on anyway should you get around to restoring it.

Yeah, I could squeeze it in. Don't have the cash right now. Yeah, better shape than the 71 I have but going to save her. I like it. Production numbers on the 71 were lower and less of them. More production numbers on the 70's but still needs to be saved. Just flat out can't afford it even if I did get it for less. I was trying to save that 68 Chry 300 some guy down in TN had for sale on Face book and is going to crusher on 3 Jan. Only wanted $400 for it but now he pulled the ad and won't answer me of what he did with the car?? Anyone find out? I posted it here but can't get any info on it now. Its not 3 Jan yet but maybe he is going to crusher early??

If I had the money I would do it. I just bought another car 3 weeks ago. Ate up all the money. Keep an eye on this ad, and follow it. Maybe some money will free up by selling some parts I have.

Yeah, well don't have to worry about the 68 Chry 300 anymore. The guy pulled the ad and is not responding to what he did with the car. No one knows either. Either he crushed it or sold it.

Looks like the seller has reduced the price considerably - $1234.00. Wizard, is it low enough for you yet? Someone? Just the parts alone are worth twice that much it seems to me. It is clear across the country for me, but for someone fairly close.......................

Not so fast boys...I just spoke to seller. The ad lists $1234 is for relisting purposes only. He wants $3000 for car with motor.
Also found out lower rocker trim and driver side wheel trim are in the car. Ignition lock and trunk lock are pulled out. Rust through in trunk both sides of rear wheels. Column shift, headliner and seats need re-done.
I'm not interested.
